The company
This site is published by Limousine Services Transport Sàrl, a Swiss limited liability company registered in Genève. Swiss business identification number (UID): CHE-262.840.955.
Contact details appear on your booking and invoice documents.
Terms of carriage
The price
Fares shown are flat rates per vehicle, all taxes included, covering meet and greet and the luggage declared at booking. Once confirmed the price is fixed: neither traffic nor a diversion changes what you pay. Night, weekend and public holiday supplements are applied at quotation and appear in the breakdown shown before you confirm.
Booking
A booking placed on this site is a request. It becomes a commitment only once we confirm it in writing, by email. No payment is taken online: you settle on board, or by invoice if you hold an account with us.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pick-up. After that the transfer may be charged. If the passenger does not appear at the meeting point and we hear nothing, the transfer is due.
Flights
Where a flight number is given, we track the arrival and move the pick-up accordingly, with no waiting supplement. Without a flight number we cannot anticipate a delay.
Data protection
Personal data is processed under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). We collect only what carrying out a transfer requires, and we do not keep it longer than that.
What we collect
- Your contact details: name, email address, telephone number. Used to confirm the transfer and to reach you on the day.
- The transfer itself: pick-up and destination addresses, date and time, number of passengers and bags, flight number where given.
- Billing data, where an invoice is issued: postal address and the history of invoiced transfers.
- The vehicle’s position during the transfer, sent by the chauffeur’s app, so that you can follow it and so that the trip log can be produced.
For how long
Vehicle location traces are deleted automatically after 90 days, by a task that runs every night. Transfer and billing records are kept for the period Swiss accounting law requires, that is ten years.
Who sees it
Your data is neither sold nor passed on. It is seen by our operations staff and by the chauffeur assigned to your transfer — who sees only what driving it requires. Route calculation and address lookup go through Google’s mapping services, which receive the addresses entered, without your identity.
Your rights
You may at any time ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected, or for it to be erased, within the limits of our accounting retention duties. A written request to the contact address above is enough.
